Welcome to DrivePlus.App (“the App”), operated by Drive Plus Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using DrivePlus.App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian and that you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Purpose of the App

DrivePlus.App is an educational platform designed to assist users in understanding road rules, intersections, and driving techniques in Barbados.

We are not a driving school and do not provide in-person driving lessons.

 

3. Accounts

• You must create an account to access certain features.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Token System

• Tokens are our in-app currency used to access premium videos and features.
• Tokens can be purchased through your device’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
• Token purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may offer promotional or bonus tokens, which may have an expiry date.

 

5. Payment & Fees

• Prices for token bundles are displayed in your local currency before purchase.
• All payments are processed securely through your app store provider.
• App store fees (e.g., Apple’s 15% commission) are included in the purchase price.

 

6. Use of Content

• All videos, images, and learning materials in DrivePlus.App are copyrighted and owned by Drive Plus Inc.
• You may not copy, share, record, or reproduce any content without our written consent.
• Our app includes anti-screen recording and anti-screenshot measures to protect content.

 

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to bypass or disable security features.
• Share your account with others.
• Resell or redistribute tokens.

 

8. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the driving information in the App is accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy. Driving rules and regulations may change, and it is your responsibility to verify with official sources.

 

9. Third-Party Links

The App may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

Drive Plus Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to driving incidents, accidents, or legal penalties.

 

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the App or other users.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Barbados. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
